It's been a year since my roommates and I moved into our house in Merrick. In that time we have created some incredible dishes with limited ingredients and unlimited booze. Our best dishes were always created after a night out. Our food started simple like heating up frozen chicken nuggets then quickly advanced to 5 course meals.
